Delivery Policy

1. What is delivered

A Searchlab Pro subscription grants your account unlimited access to Searchlab's own web-based SEO tools for the period you purchased. There is no download, no installation, no licence key, and no physical product.

2. When it is delivered

Delivery is immediate and automatic. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, our system activates the subscription against your registered account. In practice this takes a few seconds.

You will see your plan and expiry date on your billing page, and a confirmation email is sent to your registered address.

3. How to access what you bought

1. Sign in at searchlab.in with the email you used at checkout.
2. Open any tool. The free-run limit no longer applies to your account.
3. Your plan, start date and expiry are always visible on your billing page.

4. Geographic availability

Searchlab is delivered over the internet and is available worldwide wherever you can reach searchlab.in. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. If your access does not activate

Occasionally a browser closes mid-payment or a network drops. Our payment webhook independently confirms every successful payment, so access is normally granted even if you never returned to the site.

If your payment succeeded but Pro is not active after 30 minutes, contact us with your Razorpay payment id and we will activate it manually, usually within a few hours:

If we cannot deliver your access at all, you receive a full refund under our Refund Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Searchlab available at all times, but some tools depend on third-party data sources (for example Google's PageSpeed Insights API) which can have their own outages or rate limits. Where a core tool is unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours, our refund policy applies.
