The gap between two systems is where operations lose money: orders retyped, payments unmatched, stock wrong. We build the connections between Zoho apps and the rest of your stack using Flow, webhooks, APIs and Deluge, with proper error handling rather than a fragile chain of clicks.
Zoho Flow is the starting point for most integrations. It connects hundreds of applications through triggers and actions, with branching logic, delays and custom Deluge functions for anything the standard blocks cannot do. A new Shopify order creating a Books sales order, a Razorpay payment matching an invoice, a Typeform submission creating a CRM lead, a Desk ticket raising a Projects task. These take hours to build, not weeks.
When Flow is not enough, we go to the APIs directly. Zoho exposes comprehensive REST APIs across CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, Inventory and Analytics, authenticated with OAuth 2.0 using scoped tokens. We register a proper connected application, manage refresh tokens securely, respect the daily API credit limits tied to your edition and user count, and batch calls where the volume justifies it rather than firing one request per record.
Reliability is the part most integrations skip. Every connection we build has defined behaviour for failure: retries with backoff on transient errors, idempotency so a repeated webhook does not create duplicate records, a dead letter destination for anything that cannot be processed, and logging that lets someone diagnose a problem three months later. Silent failure is worse than no integration, because people keep trusting the numbers.
Zoho Analytics is usually the payoff. It pulls data from CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, People and external sources into one warehouse, where blended tables and SQL query tables let you answer questions no single app can. Sales cost against gross margin by product. Support load per account against contract value. Collections ageing against sales rep. Dashboards refresh on schedule and email themselves to the people who need them.

Systems and data audit
We list every system in play, the records each one owns, where duplication currently happens, and which system should be authoritative for each field.
Design the flows
Each integration gets a written specification covering trigger, transformation, target, failure behaviour and volume expectations, reviewed with you before building.
Build and test with real data
Integrations are built in a sandbox and tested with production-like data, including deliberate failure cases such as timeouts, duplicates and malformed records.
Deploy and monitor
Live rollout with monitoring on from day one. We watch the first two weeks of traffic, tune retry and rate limits, then hand over the runbook.
Questions about Integrations & Automation
Flow, Deluge or a custom integration?
Flow for standard app-to-app connections with moderate volume, because it is fast to build and easy to inspect. Deluge inside CRM or Creator when the logic belongs next to the data. A custom API integration when volumes are high, transformations are complex, or a system has no usable connector.
Will we hit Zoho API limits?
Possibly, depending on volume. API credits are allocated per organisation per day based on edition and user count. Poorly built integrations that poll every minute or fetch records one at a time burn through them quickly. We design around limits using webhooks instead of polling and bulk endpoints where available.
Can you connect Zoho to our legacy or on-premise system?
Usually yes, if it exposes an API, a database we can reach, or scheduled file exports. Where no interface exists, a small middleware service or a file-based exchange over SFTP is the practical route. We assess the options and are straightforward about which ones will be fragile.
What happens when an integration breaks?
It should tell you first. Every integration we build alerts a named owner on failure, retries transient errors automatically, and holds unprocessable records in a queue rather than dropping them. The runbook covers common causes and fixes. If you hold a support retainer, we monitor and resolve it directly.
