Salesforce Solutions

Salesforce only pays back when it matches how your business actually works. We design the object model, configure the clouds, migrate your data, build what needs code, and support the org afterwards. Whether you are implementing for the first time or repairing an org that drifted, the work starts with your process.

Salesforce works when it matches how your team actually sells. Most failed rollouts are not licence problems, they are design problems: too many required fields, objects that do not map to the real pipeline, and reports nobody trusts. We start with the process, then build the org around it, so the data entered on Monday is usable on Friday.

Our work covers the full stack of a Salesforce org. Standard and custom objects, record types, page layouts and Lightning record pages, validation rules, Flow automation, Apex where Flow cannot reach, sharing rules and permission sets, plus the reports and dashboards that sit on top. Every piece is documented so a future admin can pick it up without guesswork.

We build in sandboxes, never directly in production. Changes move through a Developer, Partial Copy or Full sandbox, get tested with realistic record volumes, then deploy through change sets or SFDX with a rollback plan written first. Salesforce ships three releases a year, so we also test your automation in a preview org before each one reaches your users.

Outcomes

What changes for your business

A pipeline you can trust

Stage definitions, exit criteria and required fields are agreed before anything is built. Forecast numbers stop being a debate because every opportunity moves through the same gates.

Less manual data entry

Record triggered flows, screen flows and integrations absorb the repetitive work. Reps spend their time on calls and follow ups instead of retyping information that already exists elsewhere.

One record per customer

Matching rules, duplicate rules and a properly reconciled migration stop your account and contact data fragmenting across teams, spreadsheets and personal inboxes.

Reporting leadership actually reads

Custom report types, joined reports and dashboards built around the questions your managers ask every week, not the sample dashboards that ship with a new org.

Automation that survives releases

Bulk safe code, governor limit aware design and preview sandbox testing keep your org running when Salesforce pushes its Spring, Summer and Winter updates.

Security that maps to your org chart

Org wide defaults, role hierarchy, profiles and permission sets are set deliberately, so people see the records they need and nothing they should not.

Our process

How we run a Salesforce Solutions engagement

1

Discovery

We map how your teams sell and serve today, review your existing org or current system, and agree the outcomes the project must deliver before any scope is written.

2

Solution design

Object model, security model, automation approach and integration points are documented and reviewed with you. Anything Salesforce does natively is chosen over a custom build.

3

Build and configure

Configuration and code are built in sandboxes against the signed design, with weekly demos so your team can correct direction early rather than at the end of the project.

4

Data and testing

Data is profiled, mapped and loaded in a full rehearsal. Your users then run acceptance testing on real scenarios and volumes, and every defect is logged and retested before release.

5

Launch and support

We deploy in a planned window, train users by role, then stay close during hypercare. After that you can run the org yourself or move to a managed services retainer.

FAQ

Questions about Salesforce Solutions

How much does a Salesforce project cost?

Cost depends on scope, not on user count alone. A single cloud rollout for one team typically runs a few lakhs, while multi cloud programmes with migration, integrations and custom development run considerably higher. Licences are separate and billed by Salesforce. We quote by phase, so you can see what each stage buys before committing to the next one.

Are Salesforce licences included in your fees?

No. Salesforce bills licences directly, usually annually and per user, with prices that differ by edition and cloud. Our fees cover consulting, configuration, development, migration and support. We do review your licence mix during discovery, and we often find teams paying for editions or feature licences nobody uses.

Can you fix an existing org instead of starting over?

Almost always, yes. We audit the object model, automation, fields actually in use, security settings and licence allocation, then propose a remediation plan in priority order. Rebuilding from scratch means another migration and another retraining cycle, so we recommend it only when an org is beyond economical repair.

How do you handle changes after go live?

Through a change process, not ad hoc edits in production. Requests go on a visible backlog, get estimated, and are built and tested in a sandbox before deployment. Urgent fixes take a fast path with the same testing discipline compressed. Month to month, this is what a managed services retainer covers.

Will our team actually use it?

Adoption comes from design, not from mandates. If a rep has to fill twenty fields to log a call, they will stop. We cut required fields to the minimum, automate whatever the system can derive, build layouts per role, and train by job rather than by feature. Adoption is then tracked in reports so problems surface early.

Which Salesforce clouds do you work with?

Sales Cloud and Service Cloud are the core of most engagements, along with Experience Cloud portals, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for B2B nurture, and CRM Analytics where standard reporting runs out. Where a requirement genuinely needs a specialist product, we say so rather than stretching a tool to fit.

How do the three Salesforce releases each year affect us?

Salesforce updates every org in Spring, Summer and Winter. Most changes are additive, but automation, integrations and customisations can be affected. Sandboxes receive the release roughly a month early, so we test your critical flows, Apex and integrations there and tell you what needs attention before production updates.
