Monday.com

We design and build Monday.com accounts that people actually use. That means a workspace structure that makes sense, boards with the right column types, automations that remove manual chasing, and dashboards leadership can trust. Whether you are starting from scratch, cleaning up a messy account, or moving off spreadsheets, we handle the build and the rollout.

Monday.com looks simple on day one and turns messy by month three. Boards multiply, every team invents its own status labels, and nobody trusts the dashboard. We build the account the other way round. Workspace and folder structure first, then a small set of well designed boards, then automations and reporting layered on top of clean data.

The core objects are boards, groups, items, subitems and columns, and most of the value sits in how columns are chosen. Status drives automations and reporting. Connect boards links records across teams. Mirror pulls values through that link. Formula calculates instead of asking people to type numbers. Dependency and timeline keep schedules honest. Picking the wrong column type early means rebuilding later.

We work in both monday work management and monday CRM, and we say plainly which one fits. The CRM product gives you native contacts, accounts, deals, two way email sync and activity logging. Work management gives you flexible project and operations boards. Plenty of teams need both, properly connected, rather than one board pretending to be a CRM with twenty extra columns bolted on.

Adoption decides everything. A board people fill in halfway is worse than no board at all. So we cut required fields down to what genuinely matters, name things the way your team already talks, strip out notification noise, and train by role instead of running one generic session. Then we stay reachable through the first few weeks while new habits settle.

Outcomes

What changes for your business

One place for the work

Requests, projects, deals and approvals live in structured boards instead of WhatsApp threads and email chains, so nothing depends on one person remembering.

Manual chasing removed

Automation recipes handle status handoffs, due date reminders, approval routing and record creation, which usually saves each coordinator several hours every week.

Reporting you can defend

Dashboards pull from clean status and date columns, so pipeline value, workload and delivery timelines reflect reality rather than whatever was last updated manually.

Faster onboarding

Board templates, clear naming rules and short role based guides mean a new hire can work a board correctly on day two, not week three.

An account that scales

Structure, archiving rules and board splits are planned in advance, so performance holds up as boards grow past a few thousand items.

Fewer tools to pay for

Forms, docs, time tracking and simple approvals move into Monday.com, which often lets teams drop two or three overlapping subscriptions.

Our process

How we run a Monday.com engagement

1

Discovery and process mapping

We sit with each team, map how work actually flows today, list every handoff and status, and note where things stall. We also audit any existing Monday.com account before touching it.

2

Architecture design

We design workspaces, folders, boards and column schemas on paper first. You approve the structure, naming convention and permission model before a single board gets built.

3

Build and configure

Boards, groups, subitems, formulas, connect and mirror columns, forms, docs and dashboards get built in a staging workspace. Automations are added last so they do not fire on test data.

4

Data migration and testing

Live data is imported in the correct order so connected records link properly. We run each workflow end to end with real examples and fix whatever breaks before anyone sees it.

5

Rollout and handover

Role based training sessions, short written guides, admin handover and a support window. We review usage after a few weeks and tune automations, views and dashboards.

FAQ

Questions about Monday.com

How long does a Monday.com implementation take?

A single team setup with a handful of boards usually takes two to three weeks. A multi department build with CRM, project delivery, integrations and migration runs six to ten weeks. The build itself is rarely the slow part. Waiting on decisions about process, owners and stage definitions is what stretches timelines, so we push for those early.

Do we need monday CRM or is work management enough?

If you track leads, deals and revenue, monday CRM is worth it for native email sync, activity logging and pipeline reporting. If you mainly run projects, tasks and operations, work management is enough. Some accounts run both products side by side and connect them, so a won deal automatically creates a delivery project.

Can you fix our existing account instead of rebuilding it?

Usually yes. We start with an audit covering board sprawl, duplicate columns, broken automations, unused boards and permission gaps. Most accounts get repaired in place through consolidation, renaming and column cleanup. A full rebuild only makes sense when the underlying structure cannot support what you now need.

What does Monday.com cost, and is your fee separate?

Monday.com bills per seat on a tiered plan, and you pay them directly. Features like dependency columns, time tracking, formula columns, private boards and higher automation limits sit on specific tiers, so plan choice matters. Our implementation fee is separate and quoted on scope. We will tell you the cheapest plan that supports what you need.

Will our team actually use it?

That depends on how much friction the build creates. We keep required fields minimal, use language your team already uses, set sensible notification defaults, and give each role a short guide covering only their part. We also nominate an internal owner per workspace, because adoption fades without someone responsible for it.

What happens when boards get very large?

Boards slow down as item counts climb into the thousands, especially with many mirror and formula columns. We plan for it upfront by splitting boards by year, region or stage, moving completed work to archive boards, using connected high level boards for reporting, and keeping heavy calculations on dashboards rather than in every row.

Do you provide support after the build?

Yes. Every project includes a support window after rollout for fixes and small changes. Beyond that we offer a monthly retainer covering new boards, automation changes, dashboard updates, integration maintenance and training for new joiners. Many clients keep a light retainer for the first six months, then move to ad hoc work.
